Our Projects
PADet delivers integrated, community-driven development programs that empower vulnerable populations and strengthen resilient communities across Ethiopia. Our interventions are designed to address immediate needs while creating sustainable, long-term impact through collaboration, innovation, and local ownership.
How we work
Our livelihood programs strengthen household resilience through climate-smart agriculture, income-generating activities, vocational skills development, savings groups, youth employment, and sustainable food security initiatives.
We strengthen transparent, inclusive, and accountable governance by promoting citizen participation, enhancing public service delivery, and fostering constructive engagement between communities and public institutions.
We work to create safe environments where children can grow, learn, and reach their full potential. Our child protection programs address child trafficking, harmful traditional practices, child labor, exploitation, and violence while strengthening community protection systems.
PADet promotes peaceful coexistence by supporting dialogue, conflict prevention, social cohesion, and community resilience in areas affected by conflict and displacement.
Inclusion is embedded across all our programs. We work to ensure that people with disabilities and other marginalized groups have equal access to opportunities, services, participation, and leadership.
